โ 1/2 cup chicken broth
โ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
โ 1 tbsp lemon juice
โ 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
โ 1 tbsp unsalted butter
โ 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

1. Season snapper fillets with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add green onions (if using); cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Stir in cream, broth, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Season sauce to taste, return the fillets, and spoon sauce over top. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
