Ingredients:
• 2 salmon fillets (skinless, seasoned with salt and pepper)
• 12 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 300g fettuccine pasta
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and tender. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
5️⃣ Add the heavy cream, stirring well, and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Mix in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and paprika until smooth. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water, if needed.
6️⃣ Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
7️⃣ Top with the cooked salmon and shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
