Ingredients:


1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons miso paste
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix miso paste, minced garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce.
Toss the cauliflower florets in the miso mixture until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
