Ingredients:
– 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
– 8 large marshmallows
– 8 pieces of chocolate (about 1-inch squares, or equivalent chocolate chips)
– 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– Vegetable oil, for frying
– Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
Directions:
- Begin by heating about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a sturdy pot or deep fryer to 350°F.
- While the oil is warming up, prepare the biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit into a roughly 3-inch diameter circle.
- Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each biscuit, topped with a marshmallow.
- Encase the chocolate and marshmallow with the dough, pinching the dough together to seal and form a ball. Ensure that there are no openings to prevent leaking while frying.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the dough balls into the oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding and keep a consistent temperature.
- Fry each bomb until golden brown, which typically takes about 2 to 3 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Remove the bombs with a slotted spoon and immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Allow the bombs to cool slightly on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving warm.
