Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt as a substitute)

– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve the chicken warm.
