Ingredients:

2 cups vanilla ice cream

2 cups cream soda ice cubes

2 teaspoons imitation butter extract

1 teaspoon rum extract

4 tablespoons butterscotch topping

1 cup cream soda

1 pinch of salt

Whipped cream, for topping

 

Instructions

1. Prepare cream soda ice cubes in advance by freezing cream soda in an ice cube tray until solid.

2. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, cream soda ice cubes, imitation butter extract, rum extract, butterscotch topping, cream soda, and a pinch of salt.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting sweetness to taste if desired.

4. Pour into chilled mugs or tall glasses.

5. Top generously with whipped cream and drizzle with extra butterscotch topping for a decadent finish.

6. Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon for scooping.
