Ingredients:
8 oz mozzarella balls, drained
8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
8 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
1 cup marinated olives (green and Kalamata)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced ️
½ cup artichoke hearts, marinated and chopped ️
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) .
Prepare the dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles .
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the dough triangles in a circle with the points facing outward, creating a wreath shape. Leave a small gap in the center.
Assemble the wreath:
Start layering the ingredients inside the dough circle:
Place mozzarella balls , provolone slices , and cheddar slices .
Add marinated olives , cherry tomato halves , roasted red pepper slices ️, and chopped artichoke hearts ️.
Sprinkle fresh basil and parsley over the top for added flavor.
Carefully fold the points of the dough triangles over the filling to enclose it, forming a wreath shape. Make sure the filling stays inside!
Season and bake:
Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with dried oregano , salt, and pepper .
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes ⏲️, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
