1. Prepare the ingredients: Make sure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. Season the salmon steaks and shrimp with the Cajun seasoning, making sure you cover both sides well.
2. Cooking Salmon: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Remove the salmon from the pan and keep it warm in a plate.
3. Cook the shrimp: In the same pan, add the other spoonful of olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked. Remove the shrimp from the pan and reserve them next to the salmon.
4. Prepare garlic sauce: In the same pan, add the minced garlic and simmer for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Then add the cream milk and lemon juice. Mix well and slow cook for 3-4 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste..
5. Plate Assembling: Pour garlic sauce into the bottom of a large plate. Put the salmon steaks and shrimp over the sauce.
