Steak and Shrimp Stir Fry

– 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 1 cup snap peas
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooked rice, for serving

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, garlic, bell pepper, onion, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Return the steak to the skillet. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and ginger. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until everything is heated through and coated in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice.
