• 12 oz rigatoni or your favorite pasta
• 2 salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1️⃣ Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season salmon cubes with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4️⃣ Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
5️⃣ Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
6️⃣ Gently place the seared salmon pieces on top of the pasta. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
