Ingredients:

4-5 turkey wings (split at joints)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

1 cup chicken broth

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening, optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Season the turkey wings – Pat them dry, coat with olive oil, and rub in all the dry seasonings.

Sear (Optional for extra flavor) – In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the wings for 2-3 minutes per side.

Layer in a baking dish – Arrange wings in a deep baking dish. Add chopped onions and garlic on top.

Prepare the sauce – Mix chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter. Pour over the wings.

Bake covered – Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until the meat is tender.

Thicken the sauce – (Optional) Remove some broth, mix with cornstarch, and stir back in for a thicker gravy.

Final broil – Uncover and broil for 5-10 minutes for a caramelized finish.

Serve & enjoy – Let them rest for a few minutes before serving with rice, mashed potatoes, or cornbread.
