Creamy Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta

For the Steak:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
Water for boiling
1 tsp salt

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Steak
In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
Season the shrimp with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In the same skillet, heat olive oil and cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Season with nutmeg (optional), salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Combine
Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Plate the pasta and top with the cooked shrimp and steak.
Step 6: Serve
Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley (optional).
Serve hot and enjoy this indulgent and flavorful meal!
