2 cod fillets
1 cup sliced leeks
1/2 cup sliced zucchini
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped green onions

Mix butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Arrange cod, leeks, and zucchini on foil, drizzle with butter mixture, and seal packets.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle green onions before serving.
