3 filet mignon steaks
1 pound raw shrimp

3 tablespoons butter
2 ounces bourbon
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Season the Steaks: Season the filet mignon steaks generously with salt and pepper. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat and sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the desired doneness is reached (130°F for medium rare).
Cook the Shrimp: In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with onion and garlic powder. Sauté shrimp in the pan for 2 minutes until pink.
Make the Sauce: Add butter and bourbon to the shrimp. Let the alcohol cook off for about 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream, reduce heat to medium-low, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
