Homemade Giant Peanut Butter Cup Pie – Decadent & Delicious

For the Base:
3 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (remove filling)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
1 1/4 cups peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping or heavy cream, whipped
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 1/2 cups milk or dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Optional: Crushed Reese’s or chocolate shavings for garnish

Prepare the Base:
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a springform or pie pan. Chill for 30 minutes.

Whip Up the Filling:
Beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated. Spread the filling over the crust evenly.

Layer on the Ganache:
Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and pour over the pie.

Set and Garnish:
Chill the pie for 2–3 hours or until the chocolate sets. Top with crushed Reese’s or drizzle extra melted peanut butter before slicing.
