Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak

2 ribeye or New York strip steaks (1-inch thick)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika ️
1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

1️⃣ Prep the Steaks

Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
Rub olive oil over both sides.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2️⃣ Preheat the Air Fryer

Set to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat for 3 minutes.
3️⃣ Cook the Steaks

Place in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes (flipping halfway) for medium-rare.
Cook longer for desired doneness.
4️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter

Mix butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve

Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Top with garlic butter and enjoy!
Tip: Serve with air-fried potatoes, grilled peaches, or green beans for a complete meal!
