12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Make Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1-2 minutes.
Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine & Serve:
Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the cooked pasta.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
