4 red snapper fillets
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup quick-cooking grits
2 cups water
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook grits with water, stir in butter and Parmesan. Set aside. Season red snapper and shrimp with Cajun seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook snapper for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and sauté shrimp until pink. In the same pan, add garlic, chicken broth, and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
