Creamy Spinach Bacon Mushroom Stir-Fry Chicken

– Chicken breasts – 500 g
– Fresh spinach – 200 g
– Milk cream – 200 ml
– Bacon – 150 g
– Mushrooms – 200 g

1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash well the spinach and mushrooms. Cut the chicken breasts into medium pieces and finely chop the garlic. Cut the bacon in strips and the mushrooms in sheets.

2. Cooking the bacon: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the frying pan and place it on absorbent paper to remove the excess fat.

3. Cooking Chicken: In the same pan, use the bacon grease to golden the chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.. Cook until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Pull the chicken out of the pan and reserve.

4. Sauté the mushrooms and garlic: In the same pan, add a little more olive oil if necessary. Add the mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and golden.

5. Add spinach and cream: Insert spinach into the pan and cook until tender. Then add the cream milk and mix well. Slow cook for a few minutes until sauce is hot and slightly thick.

6. Combine everything: Re-add chicken and bacon to the pan. Mix everything well so that the chicken and bacon soak in the creamy sauce. Cook for a few more minutes to heat it all together.

7. Serve: Serve the chicken stir fry on individual plates, making sure to include the creamy sauce, mushrooms and bacon. You can pair this dish with white rice or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
