Ingredients
For the Steak:
2 filet mignon steaks (200g each)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails, split in half
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Velvety Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Prepare the Lobster: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush lobster meat with melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, & lemon juice. Place on a baking sheet.
Sear the Steak: Season filet mignon with salt & pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side for 3-4 min for a perfect medium-rare. Add butter & garlic, basting for extra flavor. Remove & let rest.
Bake Lobster: While steak rests, bake lobster tails for 10-12 minutes until opaque & tender.
Make the Butter Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, sauté until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice & parsley.
Plate & Serve: Drizzle velvety butter sauce over the lobster & steak, garnish with extra parsley, and serve with your favorite sides!
