1. Prepare the chimichurri sauce: In a bowl, mix the chopped parsley, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and let sit for at least 15 minutes so that the flavors integrate.

2. Cook the steak: Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. When hot, place the steak in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare. Adjust the cooking time according to your preference. Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.

3. Cook the shrimp: In the same pan, add a little more olive oil if necessary. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve: Cut the steak into slices and place on a plate. Serve with the shrimp and drizzle generously with the chimichurri sauce.

5. Bonus tip: You can serve this dish with a side of white rice or a fresh salad to complement the flavors.
