Succulent Filet Mignon Drizzled with Brandy Peppercorn Sauce

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

* Filet mignon: 4 steaks
* Brandy: 1/4 cup (substitute with beef broth)
* Heavy cream: 1/2 cup
* Black peppercorns: 2 tbsp, crushed
* Butter: 2 tbsp
* Salt: to taste

 

Instructions:

1️⃣ Season filet mignon with salt and pepper, sear in butter until desired doneness.
2️⃣ Remove steaks, deglaze pan with brandy (or broth).
3️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and peppercorns, simmer until sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Drizzle sauce over steaks and serve.

* Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies for a complete meal!
