4 large potatoes, cut into cubes
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cubed potatoes, diced chicken, half of the crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining bacon over the top of the bake.
Return to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
