6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp bourbon
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 sub rolls
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, bourbon, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
