Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, milk, and paprika.
Scatter broccoli florets around the chicken. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the soup mixture, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot, ensuring each plate gets an even serving of chicken, broccoli, and cheesy topping.
