2 lbs beef stew meat
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Place beef and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
Mix soup, broth, sour cream, and seasonings. Pour over beef.
Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles!
