1 lb ground beef
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked sushi rice
4 sheets nori (seaweed)
Soy sauce for dipping
Instructions:

Cook ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper.
Lay nori sheets flat and spread a thin layer of rice on top. Add ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
Roll the sushi tightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
Notes :
Add pickles for a more traditional cheeseburger flavor.
Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for later.
