Ingredients:
4 lobster tails, split in half
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a stainless steel rack on top.
Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster shells down the center and gently lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base. Rest the meat on top of the shell.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on the rack and broil for 7-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
