Ingredients:
✅ 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
✅ 1 cup sweet bell peppers, diced (red, yellow, orange)
✅ 2 tbsp olive oil
✅ 3 tbsp honey
✅ 3 tbsp soy sauce
✅ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✅ ½ tsp smoked paprika
✅ ½ tsp black pepper
✅ ½ tsp salt
✅ ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
✅ 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for thickening)
✅ Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, toss steak bites with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
2️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Add the steak and cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
3️⃣ While the steak cooks, sauté garlic in a pan with a bit of oil. Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Mix cornstarch with water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
5️⃣ Toss the cooked steak & sweet peppers in the honey garlic sauce until coated.
6️⃣ Return to the air fryer for 2 more minutes to caramelize.
7️⃣ Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds, then serve hot!
