Cheesy Garlic Butter Chicken – A Comfort Food Classic

2 large chicken breasts (cut into cutlets)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Stir gently and let the sauce thicken.
Top the chicken with shredded mozzarella, cover the skillet, and cook for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot over pasta, rice, or veggies. Enjoy!
