INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: PREPARE THE POTATOES AND VEGETABLES
– Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
– In a large bowl, toss the halved creamer potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a sheet pan.
– Add the green beans or broccoli florets to the bowl, toss with a little more oil, salt, and pepper, and set aside.
