1 lb flank steak or ribeye (sliced thinly)
8 oz ramen noodles or rice noodles (cooked per package)
4 tbsp butter
6 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Salt & pepper to taste

1️⃣ Season Steak: Toss steak slices with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
2️⃣ Sear Steak: In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter over high heat. Sear steak for 1-2 mins per side. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make Sauce: Reduce heat. Melt remaining butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Stir until thickened.
4️⃣ Combine: Toss cooked noodles and steak in the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with parsley.
