Seafood Tray with Shrimp and Salmon in Creamy Sauce

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh herbs (parsley or dill) for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a foil tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Place the shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the salmon fillets in the tray beside the shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast the seafood in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden-brown and the salmon is cooked through.
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle the creamy sauce over the shrimp and salmon in the foil tray, then garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve the seafood tray with lemon wedges for added freshness.
