1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 andouille sausage, sliced
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 ear corn, cut into pieces
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil

reheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
Divide the mixture into foil packs and seal tightly.
Grill or bake for 15–20 minutes until shrimp is pink and potatoes are tender.
