2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbling, and the topping is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
