1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high heat.
Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12×12 inches each).
Step 2: Season & Assemble
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, half of the garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme.
Divide the potatoes evenly onto the foil sheets.
In the same bowl, coat the steak pieces with melted butter, the remaining garlic, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Place the steak pieces on top of the potatoes.
Step 3: Wrap & Cook
Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal tightly to make a packet.
For oven: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
For grill: Cook for 10-15 minutes per side, flipping once.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam!).
Sprinkle fresh parsley and cheese (if using).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips & Variations
