Ingredients:

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying
For the sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons hot sauce

Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk seasoned with salt and pepper for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour and cornstarch.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off. Dredge in the flour mixture until well coated.
Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and hot sauce to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Toss fried chicken in the sauce and serve immediately.
