Ingredients:

1 lb pork or beef (450g), cubed
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup tomato paste (120g)
2 tbsp vinegar (30ml)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oil (30ml)
Wooden skewers, soaked

 

Instructions:

Marinate meat in tomato paste, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper for 1 hour.
Thread meat, peppers, and onions onto skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve hot with dipping sauce or fresh bread.
