Step by Step:
1️⃣ Roast the Brussels Sprouts & Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Spread both on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
2️⃣ Cook the Sausage:
Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
Cook sausages for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Slice into bite-sized pieces.
3️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Plate the roasted Brussels sprouts and potatoes.
Add the sliced sausage.
