Cheesy Rich and Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:


โ€“ 1/2 lb shrimp , peeled, deveined, and chopped
โ€“ 1/2 lb lump crab meat
โ€“ 2 cups fresh spinach , chopped
โ€“ 8 oz cream cheese , softened
โ€“ 1/2 cup sour cream
โ€“ 1/2 cup mayonnaise
โ€“ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
โ€“ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โ€“ 3 cloves garlic , minced
โ€“ 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
โ€“ Salt and pepper , to taste
โ€“ 1 tbsp olive oil
โ€“ Tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread for serving

Directions:


1๏ธโƒฃ Cook the Shrimp:
โ€“ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes , or until pink and fully cooked. Set aside to cool.
2๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the Dip:
โ€“ In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
3๏ธโƒฃ Add the Seafood and Spinach:
โ€“ Fold in the cooked shrimp, crab meat, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan until everything is well combined.
4๏ธโƒฃ Bake:
โ€“ Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) . Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

โ€“ Let the dip cool slightly, then serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
