– Avocado, sliced

– 2 medium potatoes, cut into strips
– Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
– Begin by toasting the slices of bread until they are golden brown and crisp.
– Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then place it on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
– Slice the tomato and avocado thinly, making sure to have all your veggies ready for assembly.

Step 2: Make the Fries
