1. Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the cubed steak in a single layer. Sear for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is browned on all sides. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and place them on a plate.

2. Cook the Garlic and Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp, seasoned with paprika, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

3. Combine and Flavor:
Return the seared steak bites to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together, ensuring that the steak and shrimp are evenly coated. Allow to cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld the flavors together.

4. Serve:
Transfer the delicious mixture to a serving plate, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot. This dish pairs beautifully with rice, creamy mashed potatoes, or a refreshing side salad for a well-rounded meal.
