1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
1 lb beef sausages or cevapi
1 lb zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
1/2 lb beef strips
1 lb potatoes, cut into fries
️ 2 tbsp olive oil
️ 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for fries)
️ 1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
️ 1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1️⃣: Season the Meat and Veggies
In a large bowl, toss chicken, sausages, and beef strips with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Lightly brush zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2️⃣: Grill the Meat and Veggies
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
Grill sausages and beef strips for 10-15 minutes, flipping frequently until browned and cooked through.
Grill zucchini for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Step 3️⃣: Cook the Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or heat oil in a deep fryer.
Toss potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, and optional spices like paprika.

Step 4️⃣: Make the Dipping Sauce
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
