Classic Beef Stroganoff

✅ 1 lb beef sirloin or stew meat, cubed
✅ 1 tbsp olive oil
✅ 2 tbsp butter
✅ 1 small onion, chopped
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 cup beef broth
✅ 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream
✅ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✅ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✅ 1 tbsp flour (for thickening)
✅ Salt & black pepper to taste
✅ 12 oz egg noodles
✅ Chopped parsley for garnish

1️⃣ Cook noodles: Boil egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear beef: Heat olive oil in a pan, add cubed beef, and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
3️⃣ Sauté onion & garlic: In the same pan, melt butter, add onions & garlic, and cook until soft.
4️⃣ Make the sauce: Stir in flour, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Add beef & cream: Return beef to the pan and stir in heavy cream or sour cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes until thick.
6️⃣ Serve & garnish: Pour sauce over noodles, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
