2 (8 oz) sirloin steaks
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, add butter and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Sauté garlic in the skillet until fragrant. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Return steaks and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic sauce over them.
