Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
β Preheat your oven to broil.
β Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of each lobster shell, gently pulling the meat up to rest on top of the shell.
β In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Generously brush the mixture over the lobster meat and sprinkle lightly with paprika for added color.
β Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil them for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and fully cooked. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
2. Cook the Filet Mignon:
β Season each steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
β Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and sear them for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare; adjust the time if you prefer your steaks cooked more.
β In the last minute of cooking, add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet, basting the steaks with the melted butter as they finish cooking. Once done, remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
3. Prepare the Scallops (optional):
β Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season them with salt and black pepper.
β In a clean skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat until hot. Carefully add the scallops and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until theyβre golden brown and cooked through. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
4. Serve:
