1. Begin by whisking together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set it aside for later.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant and golden.

3. Introduce the shrimp to the skillet, cooking them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Make sure not to overcook them; they should be tender and juicy.
