1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
– In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of paprika.
– Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat and place the tails on a baking sheet.
– Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the lobster meat turns opaque and is tender to the touch.

2. Cook the Steaks:
– Pat the filet mignon steaks dry with paper towels, then season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
– Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks to the skillet.
– Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for a perfect medium-rare finish.
– Add the smashed garlic and a tablespoon of butter to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, basting the steaks with the melted butter for extra flavor.
– Once cooked to your liking, remove from the skillet, cover with foil, and let them rest while you prepare the sauce.

3. Make the Butter Sauce:
– Using the same skillet (to capture all those delicious steak flavors), melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat.
– Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
– Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
– Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve:
– On a serving plate, place a steak and top it with a lobster tail.
– Drizzle the velvety butter sauce generously over the entire dish.
– Finish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley for that added touch of freshness. Serve immediately and enjoy!
