Surf and Turf with Cajun Shrimp and Corn

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (8 oz each)
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 ears corn, halved
2 tbsp butter
Lemon wedges for garnish
Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Season steaks with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Grill or pan-sear for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest and slice.
Grill corn for 10-12 minutes, turning until charred. Brush with butter.
Cook fettuccine per package, drain. In a skillet, melt butter, add shrimp and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, cooking until pink (2-3 minutes). Remove shrimp.
In the skillet, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until thickened (3-4 minutes). Toss pasta and shrimp in sauce.
Serve sliced steak with pasta, shrimp, and corn. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
