Cajun Shrimp & Steak Alfredo Pasta

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Ingredients:

✔ 8 oz fettuccine pasta
✔ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔ 1 tbsp butter
✔ ½ lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
✔ ½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
✔ 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)
✔ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✔ 1 ½ cups heavy cream
✔ ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
✔ ½ tsp paprika
✔ ½ tsp black pepper
✔ ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
✔ Fresh parsley & extra Parmesan for garnish

 

 Directions:


1️⃣ Cook Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain & set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil & butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning and sear for 3-4 minutes per side (or until desired doneness). Remove & set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add shrimp, ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning, and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove & set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
5️⃣ Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce, then add the shrimp & steak back to the pan. Stir gently.
6️⃣ Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley & extra Parmesan. Dig in!
